I needed to splice one of the lightning rod arrestor cables and I was fortunate to find Lightning Rod Parts and the ability to buy the cable by the foot instead of having to buy the whole role. When I placed the order the "Shop" app (what an annoying app) used my default address versus my Dad's house that I was working on so when the confirmation email came through I replied I needed to change the shipping address and I got a prompt reply that they changed the address. I then noticed I only ordered one of the splicing mechanisms and I really needed two, one for each end of the cable so I replied again asking if I needed to do a separate order and, again, I received a prompt reply that said no need to do a separate order as the order has already been adjusted adding a second splicing mechanism. Talk about receiving great service!!
