Please note: eBay and Etsy have their own distinct return policies and seller guidelines. The information below does not apply to purchases made through Etsy or eBay.
Returns Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refunds for unsatisfactory purchases.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds apply to product cost only; shipping/handling are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of authorization issuance.

Non-returnable items include:
- Taper-tipped (pointed) air terminals
- Fancy arrows with tail glass
- Glass balls (unless in original packaging)
- Cut-to-length cable (unless defective or seller error)
- End caps, set rings, arrow spin tools, deluxe end caps, and similar small metal items (final sale)
- Damaged in transit? We'll ship a replacement—no return typically required.
Restocking Fee
15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Send items to the correct return location below. Incorrectly sent items (e.g., weather vanes to Missouri) may lead to denied refunds or delays.

Refunds may take 14–45 days to appear. A $5 fee per damaged package may be applied if applicable.

We ship to most countries except those under a Level 4 DO NOT TRAVEL advisory per the U.S. Government.
