Solid copper air terminal, 1/2" diameter x 12" length, with a safety-tipped (rounded) point. As a strike termination device, it mounts along a roof ridge, edge, or rooftop projection to intercept a direct lightning strike and route it into the main conductor system (LPI 175 §51–55). This size meets the LPI 175 Table 1 minimum diameter for a Class II air terminal (structures over 75 ft.).
