Aluminum air terminal, solid rod construction, 1/2" x 36", finished with a safety-tipped (rounded) point. Used as a strike termination device at ridges, edges, and rooftop projections per LPI 175. This size meets the LPI 175 Table 1 minimum diameter for a Class I air terminal (structures up to 75 ft.). At this length, LPI 175 §55 requires bracing at a point not less than half the terminal’s height above the object protected.
