Aluminum tubular air terminal, 5/8" diameter x 36" length, flat-faced (3" flat surface). As a strike termination device it mounts at a ridge, edge, or rooftop projection to intercept a direct lightning strike and carry it into the main conductor system (LPI 175 §51–55). This size meets the LPI 175 Table 1 diameter requirement for a Class I tubular air terminal (5/8" min., both materials).
