Order for M Williams, Phoenix MD

All was fine with the delivered order with the following exceptions:
1. The copper conductor was 10'-9-1/2", not 12' as ordered.
2. One of the six blue rod balls has what appears to be air pockets in the glass. The other balls did not have this flaw. I intend to return the ball for one that's not defective.

Otherwise, my new roof profile is absolutely awaeome!
